Introduction to

Digital Exhaust

I am often asked why we chose the name Digital Exhaust for our new consultancy. Truth be told, we started with about 50 potential names; some of them were pretty crazy. But then we started to look at what we do for our customers. We use our client’s customer data and our AI solutions to quickly derive insights that lead to meaningful engagement at every stage of the customer journey.

When I say we use our client’s customer data, we look at the “digital exhaust” that we all leave behind every time we engage on a digital platform. Whether it’s a website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platform, we all leave a trail of exhaust that gives insights into who we are, what’s important to us, how we think, and our communication preferences.

All of these attributes about our client’s customers are vitally important because once we collect this insight, they can personalize every interaction, have meaningful engagement, create incredible experiences for their customers and see growth as an outcome.

This is why we chose our name; each day, we explore all of the insights found in Digital Exhaust and turn that insight into actionable insights and revenue for our clients.
